SUMMARY
I created designs and visuals to be used to represent courses and learning paths for teachers on an edtech company's professional development platform. The designs were also used in marketing materials and communications.
Various design iterations explored fun shapes and bright colors. There was an emphasis on big, abstract blobby shapes accompanied by bold lines and swirly patterns to make the designs feel youthful and energetic.
Earlier iterations focused on shapes and abstract imagery and later iterations incorporated photos of student and teacher users to make it more relatable and personal for our users.
The final illustrations featured fun shapes, bright colors, and photos of teachers and students.
The designs represented our professional development courses for our teacher users and were primarily used on course cards.
